The regions through the seasons
We serve seasonal regional products. Our scallops sizzle and jump in their copper pan. Autumn sounds the bugle of the game season, complete with partridge, saddle of hare, wild duck, young wild boar stew and venison, often accompanied with wild mushrooms.
