Besides our aristocratic, “difficult-to-find”, high quality wines, we offer committed products from independent growers.
Our wines are not filtered and do not contain glue. They are not submitted to any immoral or taste-destroying treatments! They are elegant and upright, according to tradition or organic standards.
Great Bordeaux: Pétrus, Latour, Ausone and Léoville-Las Cases. Legendary labels from sunny vineyards boasting perfectly-drained slopes. Their extraordinary aromatic complexity enchants the tastebuds.
The best Burgundy wines: Coche Dury, Raveneau or Domaine Leflaive. Great bottles from small vineyards, as precious as gold-dust wherever you go in the world. Perfectionists par excellence, they exhibit remarkable harmony and complete sensuality.
Incredibly elegant Côtes-du-Rhône: Hermitage from Jean-Louis Chave, Châteauneuf-du-Pape by Henry Bonneau, Cairanne by Marcel Richaud. The effort that goes into making these wines, on these steep slopes, is very physical. The grapes are sometimes trampled by foot and the nectars are matured in oak vats. The result is an exquisite concentration of flavors in a velvet glove.
Our festive bubbles: champagnes from Jacques Selosse, Jacques Lassaigne and Dom Perignon. The greatest jewels of the independent champagne category over the last few years. These precise, creative blends of taste and texture exhibit bold personalities, bringing sunshine, even at night.
Not forgetting our more simple wines, an absolute must.
Domaine Gramenon: A Côtes-du-Rhône made from very ripe grapes, enclosed in rare, hand-made bottles, free of pesticides or herbicides, from a “biodynamic”-certified estate. This wine is very pure and elegant, with a very fine texture.
Les Foulards Rouges: this revolutionary wine-maker from France’s Pyrénées-Orientales region produces small quantities, without the use of yeast or sulfur. The result is quite remarkable. “La soif du mal” and “Zéro de conduite” (names of French movies) are “pleasure” wines, a Technicolor film for the tastebuds!
Yvon Métras: His plot of Beaujolais land is so steep that he has to use a winch to work it! He brings us deliciously-expressive, airy, silky and supple Fleuries, with the most straightforward of personalities. No herbicides or sulfur are used.
Domaine du Moulin, Hervé Villemade: Charming, explosive Cheverny wines with a chewy, fruity touch. Magnificently sincere and fresh, they are the fruit of demanding work followed up by gentle wine-making techniques. Addictive.
